Maya cocoa heads for top Paris show

Cocoa from Central America is now being branded as “maya” origin for the upcoming Salón du Chocolat Paris, the industry’s leading expo.

The branding is being organized by the year-old cocoa and chocolate industry association of Central America (Amacacoa).
