Meco and ICA win $96 million Costa Rica oil port contract

\ Costa Rica’s Meco has won the contract to build an oil port at Moín on Costa Rica’s Caribbean coast.\ \ Meco is in association with Mexico’s ICA in the project. Investment will amount to $96 million, according to Costa Rica’s state refinery, Recope, which invited the bids.\ \ Work is due to begin in the first quarter of next year.
