Mesoamérica buys Colombia's Frayco restaurants

Costa Rican company Mesoamérica announced the acquisition of Colombia's Frayco restaurant chain.

The purchase includes three brands of 152 restaurants. The amount of the transaction was not disclosed.

Mesoamérica wil now have the fourth fast-food chain in Colombia.
