Metro Line 2 contractors told to start work in Panama

The contractors who won the Metro Line 2 contract for Panama City were ordered to start work immediately.

Metro Director Roberto Roy delivered the order to Norberto Odebrecht of Brazil and FCC Construction of Spain. The $1.8 billion project is to be delivered in May 2019, election month.
