Mexicans compete for 4G cellular in Colombia

Two Mexican telecommunications giants will compete for a 4th generation, 4G, cellular phone services, bid in Colombia.
Carlos Slim will place a bid through Claro, subsidiary of América Móvil, while Ricardo Salinas Pliego will bid through Azteca 4G, part of Grupo Salinas.
The initial cost of the project will be $250 million, according to Colombian estimates.
