Mexico and Panama to hold free trade talks

Thursday, June 27, 2013

Panama and Mexico will start talks towards a free trade agreement in July this year.

The agreement will mean Panama is a step closer to becoming a full member of the Pacific Alliance.

Panama and Mexico had suspended free trade agreement talks in 2003 due to disagreements on tax issues.
