Mexico approves energy overhaul bill

Mexican Senators approved an energy overhaul bill with 95 votes to 28.

Supporters of the bill say it would help make Mexico the world's fifth oil producer in the world.

The vote allowed lawmakers to make changes to three constitutional articles, opening the doors to private investment in the country's energy sector.
