Mexico City to have region's most advanced offices

Mexican firm Iza Business Center said it plans to open Latin America's most technologically advanced office center in Western Mexico City in October this year.

The company has invested $10 million this year, and already plans a similar amount for 2014, said the firm's director, Federico García Iza.

This year, the office real estate market in Mexico is expected to grow 15 percent.
