Mexico raises pace of energy revolution

Mexico aims to speed up the pace of its energy reforms by launching private-sector imports of gasoline and setting an early date for the key deep-water round of its series of upstream auctions.

The announcement was made by the architect of the reform, President Enrique Peña Nieto at a top industry conference in Houston.
