Mexico’s América Móvil heads cellphone companies in Costa Rica bidding

The major companies that are going to take part in competition for the state monopoly in cellular phones will be known early next week.
So far the only company that has openly expressed its intention to compete is Mexico-based América Móvil.
The remaining four that have shown interest have preferred to keep their plans under wraps for the moment.
