Mexico's budget forecasts 3 percent growth

Mexico's government on Thursday presented a budget that forecasts economic growth of between 2 and 3 percent in 2017, and oil production sliding to 1.928 million barrels per day - its lowest level in decades.
New Finance Minister Jose Antonio Meade said the budget also forecast the local peso trading on average around 18.2 per dollar next year.
