Mexico's foreign reserves surge to $196 billion

Mexico's foreign reserves increased by $1.08 billion to $195.91 billion last week, the Bank of Mexico said.

Reserves have risen by $2.67 billion since Jan. 1, the Bank of Mexico added in a statement.
