Mexico's Javer launches first LatAm IPO of 2016

Mexico dominated the initial public offering league table in Latin America last year and could well do so again this year.

Javer, a Mexican homebuilder, has earned the distinction of being the region’s first IPO of the year after raising $100 million on Tuesday night.
