Mexico's mature oilfields could attract Texas oilmen

As more details emerge about Mexico's "mature fields" bids, experts say they are an opportunity for smaller energy companies operating in Texas.

As part of "Round One” of Mexico's energy reforms, the National Hydrocarbons Commission announced late Monday morning that 26 "mature fields" from five states are now out for bids.
