Mexico's oil revenues plunge 38%

Mexico's oil revenues totaled about $39.5 billion in the January-October period, down 38% from the same period last year, the Finance ministry said.

"These results are explained by the drop, with respect to the same period in the prior year, in the average export price of the Mexican petroleum blend," the secretariat said.
