Mexico's Pemex reveals $1.86 billion quarterly profit
Tuesday, October 30, 2012

Mexico's state oil monopoly Pemex reported a third-quarter profit of $1.86 billion on higher revenue, the company said.
Pemex reported third-quarter revenues of $31.8 billion in the July to September period, up 4.3 percent compared with the third-quarter of 2011.
The company said revenue was boosted by higher U.S. and domestic gasoline prices, more than compensating for a 4.2 percent appreciation of the peso against the dollar during the quarter.
