Mexico's Vista Oil & Gas to acquire assets in Argentina

Mexico-based Vista Oil & Gas published details of its purchase of $700 million of assets in Argentina in conjunction with Pampa Energía and Pluspetrol.
The agreement makes vista the fifth leading producer of oil and gas in Argentina.
