Mexico 'tainted by crisis of emerging economies'

The main risks to the stability of Mexican financial system lie in US monetary policy and tensions on global trade.

But contagion from the crises involving other emerging economies is also a very big risk, according to a memorandum from the central bank.

The bank highlights the danger that the difficulties of several emerging markets could hit more established economies such as Mexico's.
