Mexico to host World Tourism Day 2014

The World Tourism Organization named Mexico as host for the 2014 International Tourism Day.

The event will be on November 27 next year, and will focus on community development, the organizing committee said.

"The aim of the International Tourism Day is to promote the importance of tourism in the international community, and its impact in social, cultural, political and economic aspects," the organization said.
