Mexico will be big winner in TPP, says Scotiabank

Mexico will be the big winner of the Trans-Pacific Partnership , according to a study by Scotiabank Economics.

The accord will mean a big growth in Mexico’s exports and foreign investment, not least because its traditional rival, China, will not be a part of the TPP.
