Minerco aims to sell two Honduras electricity assets

Minerco Resources, headquartered in Texas, is currently in negotiations for the planned sale of its Sayab Wind Project and Iscan hydroelectric project located in Honduras.

The company plans to sell the two power assets and intends to focus on the Chiligatoro hydro-electric project and expansion into oil and gas, production and development within the United Sates.

The properties have an estimated 30 percent annual return with initial capital expenditures between $50,000 and $100,000.
