Multiproyectos and Beam refurbish La Pradera shipping mall in Guatemala

The first of two phases of the refurbishment of the Galerías La Pradera shopping mall in Guatemala City will be completed at the beginning of next month.

The plans for this stage included a change of the roof, lighting, elevators, floors and some kiosks, said the owners, Multiproyectos.

Design was handled by Beam, a firm of architects based in Florida.
