New auto sales in Panama surge 55 percent year-on-year in August. Hyundai snatches market leadership over Toyota

New auto sales in Panama rose by 55 percent in August compared with the same month of last year.

In addition, Toyota, the market leader for at least a year, was overtaken by Hyundai during the month. During August, 3,712 autos were sold in panama, up from 1,323 in the 2010 month.
