New car sales grow 4.4 percent in Nicaragua

New car sales in Nicaragua reached 15,100 last year, according to the country's private enterprise council.

The figure shows a 4.4 percent growth compared with 2013.

A slight economic slowdown affected the auto industry in Nicaragua at the beginning of 2014, due to earthquakes and El Niño weather conditions.
