New Guatemalan real-estate development Ciudad Cayalá includes everything for full lifestyle. First-phase of $50 million

Ciudad Cayalá is a new real-estate development in Guatemala that claims to offer all the facilities for a full lifestyle on the doorsteps of its inhabitants.

Next month, the town center, the first phase of the scheme, is to be officially opened. It will include well-known restaurants, shops, a cinema-theater, clinics and a supermarket.

The core of the project involves an investment of $50 million this year- Grupo Cayalá says that the full project will last for 15 years.
