New Guatemalan rules on minimum wage under fire

Guatemala's recent decision to introduce a differentiated minimum wage to promote the local manufacturing industry not only violates the country's international human rights.
In addition it breaches obligations and undermines its international commitment to pursue sustainable development, UN rights experts warned.
