New shopping mall being built on the outskirts of San José, Costa Rica. Applebee´s and McDonald´s confirm plans to operate

Plaza Carolina is the name of a new shopping mall being built in San Pedro, on the outskirts of San José, Costa Rica.

Applebee's and McDonald's will have restaurants in the new mall from the beginning of January. Most stores will open there by March.

The developers of the project are Dent Consultores. Investment is reckoned to be several million dollars, though no specific figure has been mentioned.
