New tender looms for Panama hospital

After more than 10 years of delays, Panama’s overcrowded and outdated Children's Hospital is again left swinging in the wind.
Two proposals presented for the construction of a new hospital, did not comply with requirements , and another tender for the project is expected in January, Newsroom Panama reports.
