Nicaragua food sector forecasts 6 percent growth

Nicaragua's food and drinks production sector is expecting to end the year with 6 percent growth.

Last year, the sector was the largest contributor to the country's economy, with $407 million, according to data from the central bank.

Rice, coffee, sugar, meat and dairy producers are the most dynamic within the sector.
