Nicaragua forecast to reach $2.5 billion exports this year

Nicaragua's exports will grow this year by 10 to 15 percent, Francisco Mayorga, representative of the Inter-American Development Bank predicted.

Depending on international prices, Nicaragua's exports will reach some $2.5 million this year, Mayorga said.

Investments are considered the new driving force of the Nicaraguan economy, he added.
