Nicaragua fuel costs are region's highest

Honduras and Costa Rica are no longer the countries with the highest fuel costs in Central America. Now Nicaragua is the number one.

Costa Rica and Honduras have regulated markets in fuel. In El Salvador, Nicaragua and Guatemala, the fuel markets are free.
