Nicaragua's insurance sector reports 11.5 percent increase in premium income for last year
Nicaragua's insurance industry registered 11.5 percent growth in premiums last year.
Net premium income came to $120 million last year, up from $108 million in 2010.
As for many years the state-owned insurance company, Inser, was the leading company in premium income. Seguros América came second.
