Nicaragua seeks to boost trade with Russia

Nicaragua is seeking to expand its trade ties with Russia, and is preparing a private-public delegation for a visit in May or June.

The group will promote Nicaraguan products such as tobacco, cocoa, coffee, peanuts, sugar and beef.

Last year, Nicaragua exported goods worth $18 million, according to the country's exporters' association, APEN.
