Nicaragua sees more house sales with new law

Nicaragua's construction chamber, Cadur, is expecting house sales in the country to reach 5,000 this year.

The growth would come from a new social housing development law.

The law will give mortgage subsidies of up to $32,000, as well as a sales tax exemption for construction materials.
