Monday, October 28, 2013

Nicaragua's port authority, EPN, is investing $22 million to revamp Salvador Allende port next year.

The project includes the construction of a more modern port, a mall, a hotel and a marina, according to EPN director Virgilio Silva.

Silva said the port receives some 100,000 tourists each month, but once the project is finished he expects the number to go up to 300,000.
