Nicaragua tourism investment up 66 percent

Nicaragua received $111 million in tourism investments this year, according to the country's central bank.
The figure represents a 66 percent increase compared with last year's $67 million.
"Forty-one projects were approved this year, we are seeing excellent growth," said Leonardo Torres, president of the Nicaraguan chamber for small tourism enterprises.
