Nicaraguan business bosses aim to take to streets

Business leaders in Nicaragua have called on a march on Thursday in favor of a dialogue in order to solve the grave crisis that has plunged the region's former star of economic growth into its biggest failure.

This is not the first time that business organizations have marched in protest but since last October the National Police has announced that protests will be permitted only with previous authorization.

The business organizations, once loyal supporters of the government have requested a permit to hold Thursday's march, though so far there has been no response.
