Nicaraguan canal starts to attract investors

The Nicaraguan Inter-oceanic canal project has started to attract investors, according to Wang Jing, the Chinese billionaire behind the project.
However, Jing said the project presents financial, political and engineering risks.
The Nicaraguan government estimates that the canal will cost $40 billion to build, four times the country's gross domestic product from 2011.
