Nobel laureate fight for grassroots activists in Central America

Women Nobel laureates are bringing limelight to movements resisting land grabs and destruction from mining companies, hydroelectric plants, and monoculture plantations.

In late October, the laureates traveled through Honduras and Guatemala with a group of women activists and journalists to look at the vital but perilous intersection of women, land and peace.
