Nyesa gets $330 million loan for project in Costa Rica

Spain’s Nyesa Valores has received a $330 million loan for a tourism project in Costa Rica from a US investment fund, the company said in a filing with the Madrid stock exchange.
 
The project is reported to envisage construction of the largest resort on the Pacific Coast of Central America, with projected sales of $1.6 billion and profits of $485 million.
 
The loan will be for the first stage of the project. Permits are all in order and the construction includes a 72.toom hotel, with 92 villas and 289 condominiums.
