Odebrecht is Panama's $1.8 billion winner

A consortium led by Brazil’s Odebrecht won the tender for Panama City’s Metro Line 2.

Odebrecht also led the consortium that built Line 1 during the previous administration. Odebrecht has been the leading contractor for public works in Panama for years.
