Office warehouses gain popularity in Costa Rica

A type of office space with storage in the premises, known as 'ofibodegas' in Spanish, is gaining popularity in the Costa Rican sectors of Escazú and Heredia.

The ofibodegas, or office warehouses, help companies save money by having their storage space within the same building, as opposed to having two separate spaces.

Over the last year, the offer for this type of buildings grew 13 percent in the San José area, according to Colliers.
