Officials and businessmen arrested in Guatemala

Prosecutors and a United Nations anti-corruption commission in Guatemala say they've taken down a network of public officials who made criminal complaints against private business go away in exchange for bribes.

The U.N. commission says 12 people have been arrested, among them the director of the legal office of Guatemala's tax agency along with some subordinates.
