Oil companies show interest in Guatemala crude

Latin American investors have shown interest in developing oil exploration and production in Guatemala, though they have some reservations.

The Guatemalan Energy Ministry held a presentation in Bogotá on a bid offer for seven blocks.

Some 40 companies attended the meeting and 18 of them said they were interested.
