Oil derivatives are heading for ash heap of Costa Rican history

The elimination of petroleum derivatives is the objective of the Costa Rican government with a series of laws, decrees and municipal accords that discourage the use of plastics and even hydrocarbons.

This week alone a law was passed to forbid imports of and sales of stereophone in any shop, La República reports in Spanish.
