One in four Costa Rican companies will be hiring in the fourth quarter, reports Manpower. Increase of 16 percent in growth trend

 In in four Costa Rican companies expects to increase its number of employees during the fourth quarter, according to Manpower’s most recent survey.

Some 25 percent of employers will hire more staff, while 6 percent want to trim their personnel and 68 percent will remain without change.

Manpower said that the results mean that the underlying trend in employment points to a 16 percent increase, up from 5 percent in the previous quarter.
