Pacific Rubiales plans $750 million bond sale

Colombian oil producer Pacific Rubiales Energy is planning a $750 million bond sale.

The energy firm is among four Latin American issuers selling bonds amid speculation the U.S. Federal Reserve is moving closer to raising interest rates.

Chile's Corpbanca is planning to raise at least $500 million, while Panama and El Salvador already issued bonds in the past week.
