Palacio Oriental plans $40 million Costa Rica complex

Developer Palacio Oriental is to invest $40 million in Torres del Lago, a complex of three 40-story apartment towers in San José, Costa Rica.

The complex will include apartments, offices and shops.

The location is at the La Sabana park, close to the National Stadium.
