Panama adds to tax list of Organization of Economic Co-operation and Development

South Korea and Panama signed a double taxation agreement on Oct 20 in Seoul.
This brings the total number of treaties signed by Panama to nine – it requires 12 to be removed from the Organization of Economic Co-operation and Development’s grey list.
President Ricardo Martinelli also announced that Panama would begin negotiations with South Korea regarding a free trade agreement.
