Panama and Guatemala are leaders in access to technology within Central America, according to World Economic Forum

Panama and Guatemala are the leading nations in Central America in providing people and companies to have access to cellphones and Internet.
Access in Costa Rica, the number three in the rating, is due to the arrival of foreign investment as well as domestic companies and innovation.
Those are the findings of the World Economic Forum’s last report on competitiveness.
